Each BWT-certified refurbished unit has been quality tested and only contains OEM replacement parts. We include a 12-month warranty, plus access to live chat or phone support with BWT technicians for a limited time.

New, Discontinued or Open Box:
An unused product in new condition, in its original, unopened or resealed box. It is typically a slightly older model, but not obsolete. They have simply been replaced by next-generation upgrades and are no longer sold by our retailers. These models are in perfect working condition and come with a full 12-month warranty that restarts from the day of purchase.
Refurbished, Like New:
Near mint condition in all original packaging with one or more parts replaced by our technicians. These models are in perfect working condition and come with a full 12-month warranty that restarts from the day of purchase.
Refurbished, Very Good:
A very good product has never been in water but the box was opened. Some parts may have been replaced and units may have minor visible imperfections. These models are in excellent operating condition and come with a full 12-month warranty that restarts from the day of purchase.
Refurbished, Good
Heavier discolorations or imperfections are visible that do not impact the effectiveness or operation of the unit. These units typically have a few hours of previous use but have been reset to manufacturer’s settings. They are in excellent operating condition and come with a full 12-month warranty that restarts from the day of purchase.
